Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the services for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including to violate law, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, cybersecurity laws, intellectual-property rights, provider terms, or third-party rights.

You may not:

• create false identities, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, impersonate others, or falsify age, eligibility, organization, payment, or billing information;
• create multiple accounts as a single user or organization to bypass limits, obtain repeated free trials, obtain repeated promotions or promotional benefits, farm credits, avoid suspension, evade fraud controls, or circumvent regional, usage, or model restrictions;
• use disposable emails, virtual cards, stolen cards, unauthorized payment methods, shared payment methods, proxies, VPNs, bots, scripts, or other workarounds to abuse credits, trials, promotions, pricing, or rate limits;
• sell, transfer, trade, assign, share, sublicense, or redeem credits, free credits, accounts, API keys, access tokens, provider keys, or promotional benefits except as expressly permitted;
• engage in chargeback abuse, payment fraud, refund abuse, tax evasion, or other financial misconduct.

You may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, monitor, copy, or extract data, prompts, outputs, pricing, rankings, benchmarks, documentation, model information, or website content using automated tools, browser extensions, crawlers, bots, scripts, or manual processes not expressly authorized by us;
• bypass or disable technical measures designed to prevent scraping, copying, abuse, credential misuse, rate-limit evasion, or unauthorized access;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, derive source code from, or discover underlying components of non-public services, routing systems, models, algorithms, safety controls, scoring systems, or infrastructure;
• use the services to resell standalone or raw API access to third-party models, accounts, API keys, or credits; operate a competing model router, aggregator, benchmark platform, or AI safety service; or develop a competing service, unless we provide written permission. This restriction does not prohibit a Customer Application expressly permitted by Section 4 of the Terms;
• benchmark, load test, monitor, copy, or analyze the services for competitive purposes without written permission.

You may not:

• access or attempt to access accounts, systems, networks, data, prompts, outputs, API keys, provider keys, logs, or integrations without authorization;
• probe, scan, test, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, authorization, rate limits, provider restrictions, model restrictions, network controls, or protective measures;
• upload, generate, transmit, execute, or distribute viruses, malware, spyware, worms, logic bombs, credential stealers, ransomware, exploits, botnets, destructive code, or other harmful material;
• disrupt, degrade, overload, attack, deny service to, or interfere with any service, server, model, provider, network, customer, user, or third party;
• attempt to collect personal information, credentials, secrets, payment information, or confidential information from others without consent.

Authorized safety testing requires prior written approval. This includes red teaming, prompt injection testing, jailbreak testing, exploit testing, vulnerability testing, adversarial testing, automated safety probing, model-abuse testing, and attempts to compromise models, agents, tools, integrations, or provider terms.

Unauthorized safety testing may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of credits, API-key revocation, provider notification, or legal action. Even approved testing must not involve data exfiltration, malware, persistence, unauthorized access, service degradation, social engineering, third-party harm, or testing against third-party model providers or customer environments without separate authorization.

You may not use the services to create, facilitate, automate, or materially assist:

• child sexual exploitation or abuse, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or exploitation of vulnerable people;
• unlawful violence, terrorism, extremist recruitment, or material support for violent organizations;
• malware, credential theft, phishing, social engineering, fraud, scams, spam, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation;
• unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, biometric identification without authorization, stalking, or privacy invasion;
• infringement, plagiarism, trade-secret misappropriation, unauthorized scraping, or violation of third-party rights;
• regulated professional advice or high-risk decisions without appropriate human review, legal authority, and safeguards;
• generation or execution of harmful agent actions, unauthorized tool calls, unauthorized transactions, unauthorized communications, or destructive operations.

The value of Meter-SPW's saving history rests on its records being truthful. This section matters more than the rest of this policy.

You may not:

• manufacture or alter routing or saving records intended to mislead a regulator, auditor, court, or counterparty about what your system did or what it cost;
• submit synthetic, replayed, or back-dated requests in order to produce a saving history that misrepresents what your system actually did or when it did it;
• present a routing decision as an approval, certification, or guarantee of safety, legality, or correctness — it is a recommendation about cost and quality, and nothing more;
• suppress, omit, or selectively disclose audit records in a way that misrepresents the record as complete.

You may not use the services to access models, regions, features, or providers if your access would violate applicable provider terms, provider restrictions, export controls, sanctions, regional restrictions, account restrictions, or use-case restrictions. You may not use VPNs, proxies, false identities, BYOK abuse, or third-party accounts to access restricted models or evade provider safeguards.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, limit, throttle, revoke, disable, or terminate access to accounts, organizations, API keys, provider integrations, models, credits, free trials, promotions, or services. We may remove or block content, notify affected parties or providers, preserve or disclose information where required or permitted by law, and cooperate with legal process.

If you violate this AUP, unused credits may be forfeited and will not be refunded.
